Blaze restaurants & Cafes – International Cuisine 2011

Ayadina restaurants – Lebanese Cuisine 2013
Ayadina is the ultimate dining concept. In Ayadina, we were keen to present our favorite selection of Lebanese cuisine originating from Lebanon. Ayadina solely relies on the word of mouth of its loyal customers as well as the numerous regional and international publications.
Annoush – Lebanese Cuisine 2021
Annoush is the new up and coming concept of Lebanese cuisine on the go. The Lebanese street food chain is a conceptual experience based on the amicable fictional Lebanese character unlocking the flavorful world of Lebanese cuisine. Annoush fuses the highly demanded intricacy of the Lebanese cuisine with the convenience of fast preparation and delivery to our customers.
Shawlaki - Dessert and All day Menu 2021
In partnership with G"nK Group, Shawlaki was born for the love of Middle Eastern desserts. In the heart of this authentic concept, with all-day dining an inventive breakfast menu, and signature coffees as well as orated shishas to match. Shawlaki comes from a place of passion as we celebrate original recipes in an interior brimming with joy and Middle Eastern flair.
Stanley - Mediterranean Cuisine 2021
In partnership with G’nK Group and inspired by the golden age of Alexandria, Stanley embraces all that is Mediterranean, with love. Stanley is also setting a new standard for modern interpretations of seafood classics fit for all ages with a creative menu. Matching the cosmopolitan menu is a remarkable bar menu with cocktails mixed by expert bartenders.
